Who we are
Amplified Advisors LLC (“Amplified,” “we,” “us”) is a marketing consultant that helps independent financial and tax advisors grow their practices. This policy explains how we handle information on our website, amplifiedadvisors.io (the “Site”).
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit the application form or book a call, we collect what you provide: your name, email address, phone number, and details about your firm such as firm name, your role, website, type and size of practice, revenue and marketing-budget ranges, the number of prospects you generate, and how you heard about us. You choose what to share, though some fields are needed to process your request.
Information we collect automatically. Like most websites, we receive basic technical and usage data, such as pages viewed, the site you came from, and general device and browser type. We use Vercel Web Analytics, a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics tool that does not use cookies, does not store a persistent identifier, and does not track you across other websites. Our hosting provider (Vercel) also keeps standard server logs to operate and secure the Site.
Information handled by embedded tools.Our booking page loads a scheduling widget from GoHighLevel, and some pages embed YouTube videos and Google Fonts. When those load, your IP address and basic request data are sent to those providers (see “How we share information” below).
How we use your information
- To respond to your application and assess whether we’re a fit.
- To schedule, confirm, and hold your call.
- To provide our services and support if we work together.
- To send follow-up and occasional educational or promotional emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by contacting us.
- To operate, secure, and improve the Site.
- To meet legal, tax, and compliance obligations.
How we share information
We share information only with the service providers that help us run the Site and serve you, and only as needed:
- GoHighLevel (LeadConnector):our CRM and scheduling tool, where your application and booking details are stored and managed on our behalf. Privacy policy.
- Vercel:our website host and cookieless analytics provider. Privacy policy.
- Google Fonts:loads our typography; your IP address is sent to Google when fonts load. Privacy policy.
- YouTube (Google):powers videos embedded on our Results page; YouTube may collect interaction data and set its own cookies when you play a video. Privacy policy.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Cookies and analytics
We do not set our own tracking cookies, and our analytics are cookieless. Embedded third-party content (the booking widget and YouTube videos) may set its own cookies when you interact with it. You can manage or block cookies through your browser settings.
How long we keep information
We keep your information for as long as you are an active prospect or client and as needed for legitimate business, legal, and tax purposes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.
Your rights and choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, or to stop sending you marketing emails. To make a request, email privacy@amplifiedadvisors.io. We will verify your request and respond within a reasonable time (generally within 30 to 45 days).
California residents. Under the CCPA/CPRA, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to access and delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of any sale or sharing. As stated above, we do not sell or share your personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. Submit requests to the email above.
EU and UK residents. If you are in the EU or UK, you may have additional rights under the GDPR, including access, correction, erasure, objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Contact us at the email above to exercise these rights.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), reputable service providers, and limited access to data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children’s privacy
The Site is intended for business professionals aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Third-party links
Our Site may link to other websites and services we do not control. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and we encourage you to review their policies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, note them on this page.
